I’ve only got room for 4 clients so I’m not promoting this very heavily. Once the spots fill up, they’re gone. Currently I can’t budge on the number of clients I’ll take.

For $60 a month you get the following:

1. Daily Backups of your WordPress site or blog. These aren’t hokey backups either. Your backups are stored to Amazon S3 Storage, one of the most reliable storage providers on the web. That way, even if your whole webhost exploded, you’d still be able to move to a new host with minimal interruption.
2. Maintenance and updates of WordPress, site themes, and plugins. I know that updating plugins, themes, and especially WordPress versions gives people a pukey feeling in their stomach. What if this next update breaks my blog?! I know the feeling. Luckily, I can test all of these things for you and ensure that the next update doesn’t completely destroy your setup. I also deploy new plugin versions and WordPress versions the day of release. Not keeping your software up to date can pose a huge security risk so I make sure your software is always up to date.
3. Monthly site security audits – Each month I’ll test your site and run it through a series of security scans to make sure you’re protected against the most well known security threats. I started working in web security in 2000 and stay very current on the latest threats and vulnerabilities. This doesn’t make you hack-proof — that doesn’t exist — but you’ll definitely be better protected than the majority of the WordPress sites out there.
4. Monthly site optimization – Nothing is more frustrating than slow site speeds. Once a month I’ll clean up your database tables, optimize your image files, disable and delete unnecessary plugins and themes, do a small amount of code optimization, and make sure your site is running at a high level.
5. Check for broken links – Each month I’ll audit your site for broken outbound links and will send you a list of them so they can be corrected. Linking to sites that no longer exist (or have been moved) can be frustrating for your readers so keeping them cleaned up will make everybody happier!
6. 30 minutes of miscellaneous work – Need a new sidebar widget or a quick graphic to run your next promotion? Would you like a plugin configured and aren’t sure how? Included in the $60 price, you’ll receive 30 minutes of site consultation. Considering my WordPress billable consultant rate is $60 per hour, that’s a very nice added value.
7. Reports of everything – At the end of each month I’ll send a monthly report of everything I’ve done to keep your site fine-tuned and running nicely, so you know you’re getting your money’s worth.

*This service does not include emergency service. If your site crashes for whatever reason (which happens on occasion), your first point of contact will still be your webhost. I’m always happy to troubleshoot issues, and very often in a timely manner, but I won’t be readily available 24/7. Feel free to contact me if an emergency does come up, just know that I may not be available right away. Troubleshooting and blog repair fees are also not included in the monthly fee. They would be billed at my hourly rate considering the 30 minute consultation has been used.
